COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Graduation ceremonies for the class of 2019 at Quincy and Coldwater High Schools will be held on Sunday afternoon.
Both ceremonies are scheduled to be held outside if Mother Nature cooperates.
Quincy’s graduation ceremony starts at 2:00 p.m. A total of 88 seniors will be graduating. The three senior scholars are Evan Henning, Dawson McClughen and Carter Moore. The class motto is from St. Jerome “Good, better, best. Never let it rest. ‘Til your good is better and your better is best”. The class song is “You’re Gonna Miss This” by Trace Adkins.
Coldwater’s graduation ceremony starts at 5:00 p.m. The Coldwater Class of 2019 has 240 seniors. There are 18 Early College students who will continue their education next year at Kellogg Community College which is funded by the 13th year program.
The Co-Valedictorians are Tiffanie Corwin, Selana Hostetler and Zachary Rigot. The Salutatorian for the class of 2019 is Ryan Murphy.
The class song is “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa.
