EAST LANSING, MI (WTVB) – 2014 Coldwater High School graduate Becca Harmon rowed in her final regular season Big 10 regatta for the Michigan State Spartans Sunday at the University of Michigan’s Belleville course. Harmon rows in the bow of the four person first team varsity boat for the Spartans.
She participated in Coldwater in both soccer and gymnastics, earning eight varsity letters. Harmon attended Jackson Community College after graduation and played for two years on their soccer team. She transferred to Michigan State for her junior year and began her career as a Spartan rower.
Harmon graduated from MSU Saturday and plans to do an internship this summer in Washington D.C..
