ALLEN, MI (WTVB) – A suspect in a Thursday night arson of three buildings south of Allen was arrested by the Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department the following day.
The 31-year-old suspect lives on the property where the fires took place in the 7000 block of West Hallett Road.
He is facing charges of second degree home invasion, second degree arson and third degree arson.
An arraignment is scheduled for Monday afternoon in Hillsdale County District Court.
The Sheriff’s Department says the house and two other unattached buildings had fires set.
Further details about the fires were not released.
