QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Quincy Village Manager Eric Zuzga says the village’s infrastructure system is much stronger now thanks to a 2018 Rural Development bond which has funded several projects.
He says in his report for Tuesday’s Village Council meeting that the final project from the bond funding will be completed soon as a water main on West Liberty Street will be replaced by Parrish Excavating.
According to Zuzga, the Village staff will install the services to each property as they didn’t have enough money to pay Parrish to do all of the work necessary.
Zuzga wanted to make sure the main work was completed with the staff putting the final touches on the project.
