COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – There will be one less place to do your grocery shopping in Coldwater in just over a month.
WTVB News has learned and it’s been confirmed by several sources that the Family Fare store at 410 Marshall Street will be closing on May 21 and that the store pharmacy will be closing next Wednesday, April 14.
It’s not known if another store brand will be occupying the space. There has been no official statement issued by SpartanNash. We left a message at their corporate office in Byron Center.
According to the company’s web site, SpartanNash currently operates more than 150 corporate-owned grocery stores in nine states, and distributes to more than 2,100 independent locations throughout the country.
Their primary retail banners include Family Fare, Martin’s Super Markets, D&W Fresh Market, VG’s Grocery and Dan’s Supermarket.
