COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Six construction projects are scheduled to take place in the City of Coldwater this year.
City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s City Council meeting that the projects will include the Milnes Plaza parking lot work that will be part of the “Lofts of Milnes Plaza” project that will start in May and go until the Spring of 2020.
Street projects include the work on South Jefferson from May until August and the Thompson Blvd. Extension work which will start in June and go until September.
In addition, there will be landscaping work in Chandler Plaza along with asphalt patching and seal coating in Rumsey Plaza during June or July.
