COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Now that the design has been selected, mural artists are being sought to paint Morgan Miller’s winning Rotary Splash Pad mural.
Artists are asked to submit a proposal to the City of Coldwater for recreating the winning design on the wall adjacent to the Rotary Splash Pad.
Complete details are located on the Request for Proposal (RFP) at the City of Coldwater offices. They can also be downloaded from the City’s website at www.coldwater.org.
