COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Monday snow storm not only shut down school and cancelled events, it also affected local government operations.
All Branch County offices including the Branch County Courthouse closed at 1:00 p.m..
Coldwater City Hall also closed at 1:00 p.m. and Monday night’s City Council meeting was called off. The meeting agenda included the revealing of the Four Corners Park project.
An official reschedule date has not been determined as of Monday afternoon.
The weather has also forced a postponement of Tuesday morning’s rescheduled Downtown Development Authority Board meeting.
The Coldwater Community School Board of Education meeting for Monday night was also postponed.
The Coldwater Township Hall was also down on Monday because of the weather and the bad roads.
The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency closed at 1:00 p.m. Monday and will open at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
