Kay Lynn Knowles, 71, of Quincy, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne.
There will be no services or calling hours for Kay Knowles at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
She was born June 1, 1949 in Coldwater to Robert and Betty (Bracey) Abbaduska.
Kay attended Coldwater Schools. For many years, she owned and operated a daycare out of her home. She also worked as a secretary at ATDS Trucking, was a road tester for R & R Testing, and at one time was employed at RR Donnelley in Angola. She loved watching the Detroit Lions, dressing up for Halloween, fishing and playing cards.
Survivors include two daughters, Melisa (Shane) Graber of Constantine and Lori Hardy of Coldwater; grandchildren, E.J. (Michelle) VanNuys, Matthew (Grace) VanNuys, Kaitlin (Jacob) Hodgson, Samantha (Mike Clevenger) Hardy and Madison Hardy; 12 great-grandchildren with one more on the way; brother, Robert “Bob”(Janet) Abbaduska; and former husband, Richard Knowles.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Betty Abbaduska.
