COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A sewer and street project on North Monroe and Smith Streets is scheduled to start next week.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s City Council meeting that Concord Excavating out of Concord is scheduled to begin work the week of August 17th.
He says the project includes the replacement of a deep sanitary sewer manhole and sewer line on Smith Street between Morse and Central Park Drive and road repair.
The water main on North Monroe will also be replaced with the road being reconstructed afterwards.
Work is expected to be completed by November 15.
Access will be limited to local traffic only and the area should be avoided while the work is taking place.
