COLDWATER TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Branch County’s second pickleball complex is just about ready.
A Grand Opening has been scheduled for next Saturday morning, August 1 for the eight Coldwater Township pickleball courts which have been built in the township hall park.
A brief ceremony will take place that morning at 9:00 a.m. and the public is invited.
The first pickleball complex was built at Coldwater’s Parkhurst Park.
Work on the Coldwater Township courts began last fall with the grading of the ground. The pavement was put in this spring.
There are still some final touches that have to be performed before next Saturday’s Grand Opening.
