COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Quincy man is headed to the Michigan Department of Corrections after he was sentenced on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
A court spokesperson says 39-year-old Joshua Allen Montgomery was given a sentence of six to 20 years for delivering and manufacturing methamphetamine.
He was also given a concurrent one to ten year sentence for breaking and entering after the America’s Best Car Wash in Quincy was broken into last January.
Four other counts against Montgomery were dismissed by prosecutors as part of a plea agreement.
