COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Tibbits Summer Theatre performances are being moved from the historic Tibbits Opera House to the outdoor venue at The Ponds in Coldwater for the rest of the season due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Two shows have already been presented outdoors during the 2020 season.
Upcoming performances of When Radio Was King, Love Letters, Man of La Mancha, What Mad Pursuit, and It Started With Eve, along with Charles Burr’s retirement reception will now be held at The Ponds which is just minutes from the Tibbits.
If the governor’s executive order allows indoor theatres to open, then another adaption will take place.
Tickets will be automatically transferred to the new location but there are a couple of changes.
Tickets for the August 8 2:00 p.m. performance of Man of La Mancha will be adjusted to the 7:00 p.m. performance on August 5.
Tickets for the August 21 7:00 p.m. show of What Mad Pursuit will be adjusted to August 19 at 7:00 p.m..
If you had tickets, check with the box office to make sure these changes work into your schedule.
