BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB/WNWN) – Grim news from the Calhoun County Public Health Department on Wednesday as they announced that two more persons in the jurisdiction have died after testing positive for COVID-19.
That brought the total numbers of deaths in Calhoun County up to 38 with six deaths being reported in the last week alone.
Four more cases were reported on Wednesday bringing the total number up to 516. Officials say there have been 41 new cases reported during the past week.
Of the 91 persons who have required to be hospitalized, seven were in a Calhoun County medical care facility as of Wednesday.
