UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City Village Council approved what is being called one of the largest road projects in the village’s history during their regular monthly meeting on Monday evening.
Nearly a dozen streets will get extensive upgrades this summer.
Work is scheduled to take place on the following streets:
– North Broadway St (W High to North Limits)
– Barry St
– Charlotte St
– Walnut Lane (Calhoun to Barry)
– Foote/Ann
– Lee St
– South St
– Division St (Walnut Lane to West Limits)
– Ellen St
– Hammond St
– Park St (500 block to Calhoun)
It’s anticipated the work will start in late July or early August.
