Kevin M. Langdon, 53, of Union City, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
Kevin will be cremated and no public services will be held.
Kevin was born on February 1, 1968 in Coldwater, Michigan to Richard A. and Virginia L. (Durr) Langdon. He grew up in the Union City area, but attended Coldwater schools until eighth grade, at which time he began attending Union City Schools with the class of 1985.
Kevin lived in Union City his entire life. He helped his brother Bob as a carpet installer and was self employed as a tree trimmer. He was a dedicated son and always made sure his mother was taken care of. He was a true outdoorsman. He hunted, fished, and enjoyed canning foods, including his venison. His favorite fishing hole was just down the road from his home, the Stancer Road bridge.
Kevin had several close friends who went above and beyond to help Kevin with his every need. Those special friends are Kenny Marshall, Lenny Hummer, Scott George, Cody Sour, Kevin Thomas, and Lauren. They, along with his family, are missing him tremendously. His surviving family includes: his mother, Virginia Langdon of Union City, his siblings; Khrystal Langdon of Dayton, TX, Tracey Langdon of Union City, Darla (Robert) Lynch of Angola, IN, Michelle Yarborough of Baytown, TX and Bob (Lois) Langdon of Quincy, and many nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
