QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Village Council passed a resolution during a special meeting which was held on Zoom on Tuesday night that will allow the Village to get a reimbursement of over $42,000 from the Michigan Department of Transportation.
Village Manager Brittany Butler says this was for storm sewer repair work that was performed last September.
The project at the corner of U.S. 12 and Pleasant Street took care of drainage issues.
The village requested MDOT’s participation in the cost of the nearly $2.6 million project which was designed to accommodate storm water runoff from U.S. 12.
