COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County officials are thanking the Amish community for their coordinated efforts in donating over 800 reusable surgical masks.
The masks have been distributed to The Laurels of Coldwater, Drew’s Place, Maple Lawn Medical Care and Rehabilitation Facility, as well as to other healthcare facilities and workers.
Branch County Emergency Management Coordinator Tim Miner says “the place we call home never fails to amaze me with willingness to help others. Giving a measure of protection to our frontline is essential, please continue to support your neighbors that are working to get us through this crisis”.
