COLDWATER, MI. – (WTVB) – Fire vehicles from Coldwater and Quincy as well as vehicles from the Branch County Road Commission, Police and Sheriff Departments were sanitized for added protection against COVID-19 over the weekend.
According to a news release from the county, the product is applied by a spray gun using electrostatics thus ensuring coverage in hard to reach areas.
Officials say this is not a replacement for standard cleaning, but an enhanced level of prevention that was applied after cleaning.
It is a disinfectant that kills the virus on contact and then disappears.
