COLDWATER, MI. – (WTVB) – Dusti Donbrock has been named the February Volunteer of the Month for Tibbits Opera House.
She first got involved with volunteering at Tibbits by ushering for summer theater. Once her daughters were in the Tibbits Young Audiences shows, the director found out that she could sew.
She started making costumes and Donbrock has been making costumes ever since. Her favorite place to volunteer is in the costume shop.
Donbrock also enjoys planting and tending the flowers in the theater’s side garden and the pots at the front of the theater.
She was born and raised in the Coldwater area. Donbrock and her husband Chris have been married for 30 years. They have two daughters who are grown.
Donbrock works at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital, where she has been a registered nurse for 27 years.
For being the Volunteer of the Month, Donbrock received a $25 Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce Debit Card.
