COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The case involving a Saginaw man who has been charged with first and second degree criminal sexual conduct has been bound over to Branch County Circuit Court.
21-year-old Skyler Rathburn waved his Branch County District Court preliminary examination that was scheduled for last Wednesday.
He is scheduled to appear for an arraignment in Circuit Court next Monday, May 24.
Rathburn was charged followed a Coldwater Police Department investigation in connection with alleged incidents that took place sometime between December 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
According to court documents, the alleged victim in the case was a girl who was nine-years-old at the time.
Bond has been set at $50,000.
