UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, the Union City Village Office is closed to the public but village staff will still be available to assist residents during normal business hours.
Utility payments can be made at the Village Office drop box. They can also be paid with a credit card over the phone or by logging onto www.visitunioncity.com.
All credit card fees will be removed starting on Thursday.
In addition, all payment arrangements and new service hook ups will only be handled over the phone.
Union City Police will only be responding in person to emergency calls. They will continue normal patrols. If you have a non-emergency complaint, call Branch County Central Dispatch at 517-278-3091 and a Union City Police officer will contact you.
Village Manager Chris Mathis says all non essential meetings for the park board, the planning commission and the senior citizens committee have been cancelled until further notice.
