QUINCY, MI. – (WTVB) – Officials in the Village of Quincy have announced that the village office will be closed to the public starting this Monday as a measure of caution in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials will allow all business to be conducted via phone including payments and new customer sign ups. Office staff will be available during normal business hours, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6 PM.
Payments can be made with a card over the phone by calling (517) 639-9065, the drop box (located at the East side of the Village Office entrance), and at Century Bank and Trust in Quincy.
Residents may also pay online at www.quincy-mi.org (credit card fees apply.
In addition, due to the issues taking place with the Coronavirus and the fact that a few people are out ill, Quincy Village Manager Brittany Butler has postponed Tuesday’s Village Council meeting. Tentatively, the meeting will be held next Tuesday at the normal time of 5:30 p.m..
