BROOKLYN, MI. – (WTVB) – After winning their third girls basketball district title in the last four years, the Bronson Vikings will face state-ranked Byron on Tuesday night in the Division Three regional semifinals at Brooklyn Columbia Central.
Byron is 22-1 and won the Mid Michigan Activities Conference title with a 14-0 record in league play. They were ranked eighth in Division Three in the final Associated Press Michigan high school girls basketball poll of the season. Their only loss this season was to Fowler.
Bronson will take a 15-8 record into the 7:00 p.m. contest.
Jackson Lumen Christi (9-14) will face fourth ranked Michigan Center (19-3) in the first semifinal at 5:30 p.m.. The winners meet for the regional title on Thursday night at 6:30 p.m..
