COLDWATER, MI. – (WTVB) – Steve Franks of State Farm Insurance in Coldwater recently sponsored an educational luncheon for Branch County Association of Realtor members.
He explained the Michigan Auto Insurance Reform that goes into effect in July.
In addition, Michigan Realtor® Director Amy Taylor updated members on real estate related legislative issues.
Guest speaker Tim Hart of the Coldwater Downtown Development Authority discussed the status of the revitalization efforts for downtown Coldwater and their vision for future expansion.
Altrusa International of Branch County’s “Happy Feet” Chairperson Connie Winbigler announced that they been distributing new shoes and boots to Branch County children in need since 2014.
Members responded by donating 100 pairs of shoes / boots, 357 socks, 19 gloves, two hats and $221 in cash.
