HASTINGS, MI (WTVB) – It was a tough night for the Coldwater Cardinals as they lost two jigh school wrestling dual matches at Hastings Wednesday night. They were beaten by Jackson Northwest 58-16 and by Hastings 48-23.
The losses left Coldwater with a 3-3 record in the Interstate 8 conference. They are now 18-5 overall.
Going undefeated on the night were Nick Buchanan, Matt Gipple, Cody Pike, and Cody Miller.
The Cardinals wrestle next at Bronson in an Assembly Dual at 2:00 pm Friday afternoon.
