COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Two more marijuana-related special land use permit requests are scheduled to come before the Coldwater Planning Commission on Monday night.
Constantine Products, LLC of Sturgis is requesting a Special Land Use Permit for the operation of an Adult Use Recreational Marihuana Retail establishment from a central suite of the commercial strip development which had previously been vacant at 398 North Willowbrook Road.
The Coldwater Goodwill store is located in the strip development.
Also on the agenda will be a request from Yuma Way, LLC of Aurora, Colorado to consider a Special Land Use Permit for an Adult Use Recreational Marihuana Grow establishment which would operate in the southern portion of a stand alone warehouse at 325 Jay Street.
The petitioners say there would be no significant exterior changes to the facility. City Planner Dean Walrack says in his report to the Planning Commission that the applicant is volunteering an Odor Management Plan
