BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson Schools Superintendent Steve Wilson has posted a summer update on line as classes are set to resume in just over a month.
The COVID-19 pandemic will still have to be dealt with when classes resume on August 23. Wilson says the district’s stance on masks is that it’s recommended those who are not vaccinated wear one but masks will NOT be required to be worn at Bronson Community Schools.
He also says that virtual learning will cease and Bronson Community Schools will return to a 100 percent face to face format.
Wilson reported they were not completely sure which direction they are going with testing for athletes as they are waiting for a decision by the M.H.S.A.A.. He said, “If they say we must test in order to participate, then we will test under their regulations. If it is not required for us to test student athletes, we will not be testing them.”
His complete report can be found by going to the Bronson Community Schools Facebook page and clicking on the link.
