COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The parking lot project at the Coldwater office of the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency is taking longer than expected.
It was originally expected the project at 570 Marshall Road would take a week but some issues in the parking area has extended the project into the middle of August.
Issues that are being reviewed and/or repaired include an improperly installed drainage system with inadequate cover and unstable substructure.
The parking lot will be repaved through the middle of August and will be unavailable for staff and clients until that time.
All staff will need to park in the parking lot behind the Department of Health and Human Services building. Clients will be able to park in the two parking areas along the front of the building and will need to walk up Keith Wilhelm Drive.
Clients can enter through the back door closest to the Veterans Affairs office.
