WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Reading woman had to be airlifted to St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo on Saturday following a Hillsdale County rollover crash.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Makenzie Nicole Arsenault was heading east on Squawfield Road near Steamburg Road when she lost control of her vehicle and went off the road.
The vehicle then rolled over several times through a ditch before coming to rest.
The Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release that speed is suspected to be a contributing factor and that Arsenault was wearing a seat belt.
The crash remains under investigating.
Assisting the Sheriff’s Office were the Michigan State Police, the Reading Emergency Unit, the Woodbridge-Wright Fire Department and Hillsdale Towing.
