China administered total of 1.976 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines as of Aug. 24

BEIJING (Reuters) – China administered about 13.8 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines on Aug. 24, bringing the total number of doses administered to 1.976 billion, data from the National Health Commission showed on Wednesday.
