SPRINGPORT, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s John Aerts and Myron Lafty ran to fourth and fifth place finishes Wednesday at the Springport Cross-Country Invitational.
Their performances sparked the Cardinals to a third-place, trophy-winning effort.
Also medaling for Coldwater were Haron Omar in 13th, James DeWitt in 25th place and Ethan Parker in 26th place.
The Cardinal boys had not brought home a trophy from Springport since 2017.
