COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School’s annual Purple Games which raise money for the fight against cancer are back this week.
Purple Week supports local cancer patients and the ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital Cancer Center.
Coldwater student-athletes will be wearing special purple uniforms during the Boys Tennis match on Monday against Marshall, the Boys Soccer match on Tuesday and Girls Volleyball match on Wednesday against Hastings, the Girls Swim and Diving meet against Sturgis on Thursday, the girls golf invitational and the football game against Jackson Northwest on Friday night.
Money is raised through a combination of purple jersey sponsorships, banner sales, and other fundraising efforts by all of the fall sports teams at Coldwater High School.
