COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It’s a short looking agenda for the Coldwater City Planning Commission’s final meeting of 2015 coming up Monday night but the session could possibly produce a long evening even though there’s basically just two items to be considered. It starts off with a public hearing on a request for a six bed transitional residential home at 41 West Pierce Street for women following their release from incarceration.
Then the Planning Commission will review the working draft of an update of the City’s Master Plan. The request for the transitional residence comes from Tommy’s House Ministries and requires a special land use permit.
The Planning Commission meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Coldwater City Council Chamber at the Henry L. Brown Municipal building.
