Charlotte L. Beerer, 76, of Coldwater, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Mark Case officiating. Interment will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 PM.
Charlotte was born July 6, 1945 in Owosso, MI to James & Catherine (Mahoney) Patterson. She married Ralph P. Beerer on November 13, 1971 in Owosso.
Char was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and flower gardening and was very artistic with her painting. She loved the holidays and was known for her elaborate decorations. Char loved spending time with her family, especially her many grandchildren.
Char is survived by her husband Ralph, her children Cindy (Ken) Johnson of Fremont, IN, Robert Beerer of Coldwater, Jeffrey (Annette) Beerer of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren Michael, Sierra, Derek, Joshua, Allison, Rachell & Jeremy; step grandchildren Amanda, Karissa and Rebecca and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kathy Beerer and her brothers John and Louis Patterson.
