QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – This past Tuesday night the Quincy High School Quiz Bowl team of Adam Oberlitner, Joe Oberlitner, Shane Tribble, and Connor Micheal advanced to the semi-finals of the White (small school) division of the WKAR QuizBuster program at Michigan State University. This is only the second time in over 10 years of participating in the QuizBuster program that Quincy High School has advanced this far.
The White division began with 32 teams from as far away as White Cloud and now QHS is in the final four. Quincy advanced to this point with wins over Ovid-Elsie, Leslie, and Jackson Lumen Christi.;
The next opponent for Quincy will be Hillsdale Academy on December 1.
Quincy High School will also be competing in the Big 8 Conference Quiz Bowl Tournament onSaturday November 21 at Union City High School.
