COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Rose Ryan was recently named the Community Health Center of Branch County (CHC) September Employee of the Month. She has been an employee of CHC since June 2008. Rose is a cook in the dietary department. She is responsible for food purchasing, meal organization, cooking, and menu planning. She has been Serv Safe certified since 2013.
Rose is a wonderful worker and enjoys being part of the CHC dietary team. According to her nominator, “Rose is always looking to make customers satisfied. She offers ideas for saving money in food purchasing and ways to use leftovers or in stock special purchase foods. She offers suggestions on menu items and merchandising. Rose is a dependable team player; she volunteers to work other areas of dietary. She is cheerful and has a positive attitude. Even outside of work Rose is helpful to co-workers, volunteers at her church and frequently watches her grandchildren. She is a good candidate for the employee of the month award.”
Rose lives in Coldwater with her husband of 34 years, Craig. They have two children Justin (28) and Kevin (26). She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, camping, and scrapbooking.
