WASHINGTON D.C. (WTVB) – President Obama is ordering the U.S. flag to fly at half-staff this week to honor the victims of last week’s terror attacks in Paris. The proclamation issued Sunday covers flags outside public buildings, military installations and embassies and stands through Thursday.
Obama is currently in Turkey for the G-20 summit. Last week’s attacks killed more than 120 people including one American.
