PARIS – Reaction is coming in from the attacks in Paris, now that it appears the terrorists have all been killed. They took at least 150 innocent people with them, and injured 200 others in the worst attacks on France since World War II. Michigan Senator Gary Peters says Americans must stand united with the people of France in the wake of this inhumane violence, and Senator Debbie Stabenow says “the United States stands ready to offer any help to bring those responsible to justice.”
The State Department is setting up a hotline for people who may be trying to contact American citizens in Paris. The number is 1-888-407-4747.
The violence has cancelled a live concert by U2 that was scheduled to air on HBO this evening. The cable network says it will be rescheduled.
