COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater would like to raise awareness of possible fraudulent building/construction contractor practices in the area. Beware of contractors bidding out projects, collecting a down payment, and then walking away without performing any services. Prior to hiring any contractor, the city encourages everyone to check their credentials and verify that they are certified licensed contractors.
