UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Union City Community Schools in conjunction with the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for children between the ages of five and 11 at the Union City Elementary School cafeteria on Monday, November 15 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m..
Parents may bring their child to the school during that time period to receive the vaccination. A parent or legal guardian must be present.
Students will be dismissed from school as normal and all students are expected to leave the school before the clinic will begin.
The doors for the clinic will be opened at 3:00 p.m..
There is no need to sign up in advance for the clinic.
Additional information about the vaccination as well as a vaccine history form is available at the school district’s web site which is www.unioncityschools.org.
The vaccine history form needs to be completed by parents prior to the vaccination.
