COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency will hold a COVID-19 Vaccination clinic at Dearth Community Center in Coldwater next Tuesday, November 23 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The agency will offer pediatric doses of vaccine to those aged 5-11, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses, as well as booster doses of all three manufacturers to residents ages 18 and over who meet proper criteria.
For those who are 18 and over and received a single dose J&J (Janssen) vaccine as their primary vaccine at least two months ago, they should receive a single J&J booster dose.
As previously recommended, those who are immunocompromised should receive an additional dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine 28 days after their second dose to provide additional protection.
Booster dose eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose.

In addition, the Community Health Agency is conducting free COVID-19 testing at their Hillsdale office on Friday and Saturday as well as on the 23rd and 27th at the lower level of 20 Care Drive. This testing will be available curbside outside of My Community Dental Center.
A Community Health Agency COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Sturgis High School is set for Monday from 9:00 a.m. until Noon. This clinic is in response to the demand for booster and primary series vaccinations. The agency will offer pediatric doses of vaccine to those aged 5-11 as well as all manufacturers’ booster doses to residents who meet the proper criteria.
