Buddy Joe Kidney, 68, of Coldwater passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, peacefully in his sleep at the Laurels of Coldwater.
Buddy was born November 3, 1953 to Bud & Marion Kidney in Marshall, MI.
Buddy joined the Army in 1974 to become a sharpshooter, stationed in Germany. After the Army, Buddy absolutely loved the outdoors. Deer hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting were at the top of his favorite things to do.
When Buddy not in the Great Outdoors, he also enjoyed time with his family racing at Butler Motor Speedway over the years.
Buddy is survived by his brothers; Steve Kidney of Union City, Larry McCumber of Union City, and Tom Grinnell, His Sisters; Cathy (David) Collins of Bronson, Connie (Will) Green of Bronson, and Cynthia (Fred) Collins of Union City, he is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Buddy is Preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Marion, His sister Tammy Grinnell, His brothers; David Kidney, Tim Grinnell, Douglas Grinnell and baby brother Terry.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Grinnell, Ricky Kidney, Steven Kidney, Billy Kidney, Jimmy Lee Collins, and Kyle Kidney. Honorary Pallbearers are Chevy Sloan and Hunter Kidney.
Buddy’s family would like to thank the Laurels for taking care of Buddy for all these years.
