Jeremiah Joseph Grant II, of Coldwater, passed away August 7, 2020 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
A private memorial service for Jeremiah will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Coldwater with Pastor Aaron Chittick officiating.
Jeremiah was born August 7, 2020 to Jeremiah J. Grant I and Kira M. Mobley in Coldwater, MI.
Survivors include his parents, Jeremiah Grant I and Kira Mobley of Coldwater and his grandparents, Chris (Lisa) Mobley and Kevin (Eileen) Luckert both of Coldwater.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
