Meanwhile, the 3rd Annual Jillian Crist Memorial Mud Volleyball and 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will take place today at Heritage Park, with all proceeds going to the Jillian Crist Memorial Scholarship Fund. Meanwhile, across the state border, Music Fest XXI, which kicked off last night in downtown Fremont, continues all day today.
