MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Investigators now have apparently identified the driver of a truck who struck and critically injured an employee at Love’s Truck Stop near Marshall. After an appeal to the public to find the black Ram pickup was made, an attorney for the driver contacted police and the truck was seized for inspection from an address on 19 Mile Road. The driver has been identified but not yet arrested. The name of the 31-year-old victim and his current condition have not been released. Charges will depend in part on whether he survives his injuries.
