BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings made 11 3-point baskets as they won at Quincy 64-40 in a Big 8 Conference game in the State’s Coolest Gymnasium on Tuesday night.
It was the fourth straight win for the Vikings who are now 9-9 overall and 6-6 in the Big 8.
Ashtyn Morris led Quincy with nine points and six rebounds while Tae’Sean Bodley had seven points.
The Orioles dropped to 4-13 overall and 2-10 in the conference.
Also in the Big 8 Conference on Tuesday night, Jonesville defeated Union City 56-35 at McNett Fieldhouse.
The Chargers are now 8-9 overall and 5-7 in the Big 8.
Meanwhile, Reading defeated Concord 60-57. With the Rangers and Comets both winning and the Yellow Jackets losing, that means there’s a three-way tie for first place in the Big 8. Jonesville, Reading and Concord are tied for first with 9-3 conference records.
Homer won at Springport 65-27.
