Phyllis “Ann” Taylor, 81 of Coldwater passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor John Andrews from Eastpoint Community Church officiating.
Friends will be received prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.
A private burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Phyllis was born November 27, 1940 to Clyde and Maxine (Olmsted) Wentworth in Coldwater. She was a 1959 Coldwater High School graduate.
Ann worked for a short time at LA Darling in Bronson, where she met the love of her life, James Taylor. They were married on January 2, 1970 in Coldwater. Together they made many memories.
Ann enjoyed decorating her home in an early American style. She liked animals, taking time to feed many including cats, dogs, and squirrels. Her true joy in life was being in the comfort of her home. Ann will be remembered for her reserved and calm demeanor no matter what was going on in her life.
Ann is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jim Taylor of Coldwater and her cousin Eric Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
