QUINCY (WTVB) It was reported as a car-deer personal injury accident early today with two drivers hurt east of Quincy on U.S. 12 near Briggs Road. Turns out the deer dodged a van that hit the brakes to avoid a collision but Quincy Village Police say a car following the van too closely wasn’t so lucky and rear-ended the van. The Quincy Fire Department was dispatched to the scene along with Life Care Ambulance. The woman driving the van complained of neck pain while the guy behind the wheel of the car said he hurt his knee. Neither driver had to go to the hospital. The accident was reported around 1:30 this morning.
