SCHOOLCRAFT, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson boys finished fourth while the girls were ninth at the Schoolcraft Invitational on Friday night.
Constantine won the boys meet with 212 points followed by Lawton with 149, Schoolcraft with 75 ½ and Bronson with 67. Bronson’s Boston Bucklin was fourth in the 400 and third in the high jump, Tanner Norton was fourth in the 800 while Drew Seekman was eighth, Norton, Perry Lake and Tyler Wilber were fifth, sixth and seventh respectively in the 1600, Lake was second in the 3200, Jordan Shadix was seventh in the shot put, Lance Salek was sixth in the discus and Issac Grate was sixth in the pole vault.
Lawton won the girls meet with 159 points followed by Athens with 113 and Marcellus with 81 ½. Bronson’s Sidney Swick was sixth in the 800, fourth in the 1600 and second in the 3200.
